This site is still being configured for public use, so users are not allowed to create new accounts at this time.

Here are the features that have been implemented so far :

1. WYSIWYG text editing.  This allows non-web programmer types to create attractive text entries.

2. Basic User Blogs.  This allows users to create and manage their own blogs.

3. Basic Forum Discussions.  This allows users to create their own forum/discussion topics and for users to comment on topics.

4. Basic Polls.  This allows administrator users of the site to create and manage poll questions.
